二次检测立方攻击改进与实现

对二次检测立方攻击预处理阶段的提取二次表达式的算法进行了改进以优化攻击效率。将秘密变量的变化引入攻击中,使得攻击模型更加灵活;同时,利用时空折中的思想,通过存储常数项和一次项的计算结果,有效降低二次项的计算量。将改进的方法应用于简化版的PRESENT算法和Trivium算法上,攻击效率有显著提高。     

电传动装甲车辆电源系统建模与仿真

电源系统是电传动装甲车辆的核心,对其进行建模与仿真研究具有重要意义。电源系统的非线性特性导致了建模困难、模型精度低以及模型实用性差等难题,针对不同的部件特性采取不同的方法建立其仿真模型,完成了基于模糊控制的系统多目标优化功率分配策略研究。并在此基础上进行了部件和系统两个层次的仿真试验,证明所建模型能够较好地反映电传动车辆电源系统的工作特性。     

基于加权侦察覆盖指数的无人机侦察航路评价

利用无人机瞬时探测范围和无人机对雷达定位精度构建无人机有效可定位区。综合预定区域目标存在概率和沿侦察航路飞行无人机有效可定位区对栅格侦察覆盖指数,构建加权侦察覆盖指数指标。基于加权侦察覆盖指数,对无人机侦察航路优劣进行评价。     

地理信息服务系统软件架构设计

从目前我国指挥控制系统中地理信息使用存在的问题出发,结合指挥信息系统的实际工作需要和现代战争作战趋势与发展方向,应用服务化与网络化系统技术理念,提出了基于SOA的地理信息服务的软件架构,使部队现有的应用系统之间的地理信息协同与共享,为部队作战任务和决策提供地理信息的有力支撑,并给出了具体的软件模块设计。     

Advancing “Defence-in-depth”: intelligence and systems dynamics

This article aims to encourage the fostering of more systems thinking, and its greater exploitation, within the domain of contemporary intelligence. With particular focus on “micro systems thinking” and with reference to key intelligence processes, such as intelligence analysis, the utility of many systems dynamics within the intelligence context seeks to be further revealed. Through their greater collective harnessing, including up to “System of Systems” (“SoS”) dynamics, and promoting all that they can offer, more sophisticated overarching operational-to-strategic/policy “ends,” notably that of “defence-in-depth,” can be viably further advanced in a sustainable manner into the future. Arguably, a much-needed transformative impact on contemporary intelligence can also be increasingly realised through comprehensively engaging in and with more systems and SoS thinking. Aiding civil protection tasks, crisis management, emergency planners, and civil contingency practitioners likewise gain.     

Resource rents,institutions, and violent civil conflicts

Natural resources have been blamed for inducing slow growth and sparking civil conflicts and violence. This paper first develops a model to account for the hazard of armed civil conflicts as a manifestation of the natural resource curse, which is mediated by the quality of both economic and political institutions. We then use recently published data on institutional quality and natural resource rents to measure the potential impact of the resource curse on violent civil conflicts using a panel of data for over 100 countries in the period 1970–2010. Our model explicitly accounts for the role of good economic and political institutions in deterring the recourse to violence as well as the extent to which they might weaken the resource rents effect.     

基于SCAS的防空反导装备体系作战能力指标设计

指标设计是进行武器装备体系发展论证和作战效能与作战能力评估分析的基础。着眼体系作战效能与作战能力评估分析需求,基于传感器（ Sensor）、控制器（ Controller）、执行器（ Actuator）、支持器（ Supporter）的柔性建模方法,对防空反导装备体系作战能力指标进行了设计,构建了其侦察预警能力、指挥控制能力、拦截打击能力、综合保障能力评估指标体系,并利用结构方程模型（ SEM）对指标之间的影响作用关系进行了分析,可为防空反导装备体系建设与运用提供重要借鉴。     

飞行器试验多测控目标发射零点应急处理方法

飞行器飞行试验任务中,发射零点T0是整个测控系统启动运行的基准点,是保证测控系统有条不紊正常工作的关键因素。特别是执行多个测控目标连射飞行试验任务,多个发射零点的正确处理更是关乎试验任务的成败。在分析发射零点形成机制基础上,对发射零点在指控系统实时测控软件中的处理方法进行了研究,提出了一种实时测控软件重启后重新获得多测控目标正确发射零点的应急处理方法,解决了试验过程中一旦实时测控软件因重大软件故障导致初始发射零点丢失的问题,保障了试验任务的顺利进行。     

坦克直瞄/间瞄射击一体化火控技术

直瞄射击方式是目前坦克采用的主要射击方式。直瞄射击方式受战场通视度及瞄准装置视距的影响,最大射击距离一般在5 km左右。间瞄射击方式不需要直接瞄准目标,不受战场通视度的影响,最大射击距离主要取决于火炮及弹药的性能,一般在10 km以上。未来坦克应具备直瞄射击与间瞄射击一体化能力。通过直瞄/间瞄射击火控技术的对比与分析,提出坦克直瞄/间瞄射击一体化火控方案。一体化火控具有新的技术特色,具有更强的综合作战能力,是未来坦克火控技术发展的一种趋势。     

基于知识的敏捷指挥控制系统演化方法

为提升指挥控制系统应对变化的能力、解决当前指挥控制系统敏捷演化的难点问题,提出了基于知识的敏捷指挥控制系统演化方法。结合领域知识,对上下文和指挥控制规则进行建模,给出了实现敏捷指挥控制的知识推理方法和基于知识的敏捷指挥控制系统演化机制,为指挥控制系统敏捷演化奠定了基础。最后,试验验证该方法能有效提升指挥控制系统敏捷演化水平。
